PRIVACY POLICY

Last Modified: October 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how VERİTY BİLİŞİM HİZMETLERİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, address: Vişnezade Mah. Süleyman Seba Cad. No: 79, İc Kapi No: 1 Beşiktas / İstanbul - Türkiye processes your personal data when you use our Services or interact with our Website or our iOS, Android and macOS apps, our Chrome browser extension and our web app (app.vpn111.net). The Privacy Policy will remain in effect until a new policy supersedes it. We may choose to update this policy at our discretion, so you should check this page periodically as the terms may change from time to time. Your continued use of the Website and our Services and our iOS, Android and macOS apps, our Chrome browser extension and our web app (app.vpn111.net) will constitute your acknowledgment of the policy in its current version and your understanding of the terms of the policy.

VERİTY BİLİŞİM HİZMETLERİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ is a company and committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how Verity ("VPN 111", "Verity", "VERİTY BİLİŞİM HİZMETLERİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ", "we" or "us") controls ("collect", "use", "disclose" or "protect") our users' ("your") personal data and how can our users control their data. This Policy applies to all services (collectively as the "Service") offered by VPN 111 (Android, iOS and macOS apps, the Chrome browser extension and the web app) and VPN 111 official websites.

Your consent is the legal basis for data collecting and processing. By visiting or using the Service, you consent to the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy.

As an internet privacy & security service provider, we make sure your privacy is our primary concern, and we will be 100% transparent with our users. We believe the relationship between the users and us is built on trust, and trust is built on the truth. To offer better clarity to you, let's start with three points:

We do not log how you utilize VPN connection, which means we do not see the applications, service or websites you use personally while connected to our Service nor do we store them.

We do not store the IP addresses of the sites you connect to which means we cannot share them with anyone no matter what happened. We keep the IP address your device last connected from for 35 days after the device was last seen, to protect the service against abuse; it is never linked to the sites you visit. Our VPN servers keep short-lived operational logs, which can include the IP address you connect from, and delete them automatically within 3 days. We count how much data each connection uses (see "Data usage" below); those records never contain your IP address or where your traffic went.

We will not sell, use, or disclose any personal data to third parties not mentioned in this Privacy for any purpose.

Our guiding principle toward data collection is to collect only the minimal data required to operate a world-class VPN service at scale. We designed our systems to not have sensitive data about our customers; even when compelled, we cannot provide data that we do not possess.

Important Note

The summaries here at the top of each section are for easy referencing; they are not meant to have any legal effect or in any way substitute the text of the Privacy Policy, which should be read and understood in full detail.

1. What data do we collect and how?

We do not log your online activity. We don't collect any information that could lead us to know what you're up to online.

VPN 111 respects your privacy, therefore we are committed to not process any information related to the online activity of our users. VPN 111 is based in the jurisdiction, which does not require information storage or reporting. We do not collect any information about what you do online (the websites, domain names or IP addresses you visit, your DNS queries, your browsing history or the content of your network traffic).
The connection information we keep is described in "Data usage" below: which account and device used which of our servers and protocol, when the connection started and ended, and how many bytes it carried. We also keep the connection credentials issued to your device (account and device identifiers, server, protocol, time of the request and expiry) until 35 days after they end. All of this is deleted automatically after the periods stated. No information is stored about the websites you visit.

VPN 111 uses your personal information only for the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data usage

Our servers count the bytes carried by each VPN or browser-proxy connection. For each connection we record:

We also keep daily totals per account, device, server and protocol. For WireGuard connections our servers additionally keep a byte counter per device key.

These records never contain the websites, domain names or IP addresses you visit, your DNS queries, the content of your traffic, or your own public IP address.

We use this data only to apply the rules of your plan, prevent abuse of the free plan (for example, repeatedly creating new accounts on the same device) and plan server capacity.

Retention: per-connection records are deleted automatically 35 days after the connection ended. Daily totals are deleted after 12 months. The byte counter of a WireGuard device key is cleared 35 days after the key is retired.

Mobile apps (iOS and Android)

Our mobile apps use the following service providers, each under its own privacy policy: Google Analytics for Firebase (app usage analytics), Firebase Remote Configuration (feature settings), Amplitude (product analytics), Bugsnag (crash reports), Google AdMob (advertising in free versions), Comnyx (in-app customer support chat and support notifications, delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android and the Apple Push Notification service on iOS), Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple (only if you choose to sign in with them) and Apple App Store / Google Play (payments). None of them receives the content of your VPN traffic or the sites you visit.

Chrome browser extension

The extension routes Chrome's own traffic through an encrypted (HTTPS) proxy on a VPN 111 server; traffic of other applications is not affected. It uses a short-lived proxy credential that it renews automatically.

Permissions. proxy to route browser traffic through our server; webRequest and webRequestAuthProvider only to answer our own proxy's sign-in challenge; privacy to switch off WebRTC traffic outside the proxy and network prediction while connected, so your IP address does not leak; cookies for the installation cookie described below; storage to keep your settings, sign-in and cached plan information on your device; notifications to tell you when the connection drops or a Wi-Fi login page is detected; alarms to renew the connection; and access to all sites, which a proxy needs to carry and authenticate browser traffic. The extension has no content scripts: it does not read your browsing history, your tabs or the content of the pages you visit.

Installation cookie. The extension stores a random installation identifier (device code) in a cookie named vpn111_installation on our API host (api.vpn111.net). It is secure, HTTP-only and kept for up to 400 days, so the same installation is recognised after a reinstall (for example, for the free plan). It contains nothing else.

Push notifications. The extension registers with Google Firebase Cloud Messaging; the resulting push token is shared with Comnyx, our customer support provider, so support replies and service messages can reach you.

Crash reports. Errors are reported to Sentry. Before a report leaves your browser we remove e-mail addresses, IP addresses, web addresses, host names, tokens and identifiers; reports carry no user ID, request data or activity trail.

Connection checks. To confirm that your IP address has changed the extension contacts api.ipify.org, and to detect Wi-Fi login pages it contacts connectivitycheck.gstatic.com (Google). Like any web request, these services see the IP address the request comes from.

Sign-in. You sign in by approving a login code on app.vpn111.net. The extension contains no analytics or advertising SDKs.

macOS app

The macOS app uses Apple's Network Extension framework to set up a system-wide VPN tunnel (WireGuard-based protocols), which you approve when you first connect. You sign in with a login code approved in your browser or on another device, or with your e-mail and password; sign-in data is kept in the macOS keychain.

Crash reports are sent to Sentry with the same scrubbing as the extension (no user ID, request data or activity trail, and no performance tracing). Push notifications use the Apple Push Notification service and the token is shared with Comnyx for support messages; purchases made in the Mac App Store are processed by Apple and we receive the transaction information. The macOS app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs.

Web app (app.vpn111.net)

The web app lets you manage your account: sign in (with Google, Apple or e-mail), approve sign-ins for other devices, see your plan, devices and data usage, manage your subscription and delete your account.

Payments made on the web are processed by Stripe on Stripe's hosted checkout and billing pages. Your card details are entered on Stripe and never reach our servers; we receive the subscription and transaction details needed to provide your plan (for example, status, amount, currency and a Stripe customer reference). Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy.

The web app uses only strictly necessary cookies (a session cookie and a security token against cross-site request forgery). It loads Google's and Apple's sign-in scripts and Google Fonts, whose providers see the IP address of the request. It contains no analytics or advertising trackers.

When you visit our Website or navigate within our app (collectively referred to as 'Website'), we collect and use some information to improve the performance of our Website. The information we collect on our Website may include anonymous traffic informations provided by the host or similar provider of such information that does not personally identify you.
